STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Any incidentals (lost/broken equipment, etc) will be billed for after the event, if applicable, and certain fees will be invoiced separately from initial reservation payment (delivery fees, challenging setup fees, extra hours (if not specified in system), event attendant (if not specified in system), etc.).
  2. Fun Rents LLC is not liable for any damages to persons or property that result from expected setup of miniature golf and related activities, nor for any damages to persons or property that result from event attendee behavior involving the use of miniature golf and related activities. That said, event are covered by our event rental insurance (COI available).
  3. Events are only confirmed and reserved once payment is complete. Full refunds are only issued if 1) requested within a week of booking and 2) requested more than 2 weeks before the event. If both conditions are not met, then a 50% refund is possible in most cases, but is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Fun Rents LLC management.
  4. Events outside of our stated local operational bases may incur additional charges if booked online. Specifically, if your event is more than 100 miles from one of our hubs and is more than a 3 hour duration, your event will likely be subject to a follow-up invoice for additional fees if reservation is made online. If your event is located further than 200 miles from one of our hubs, you may not be able to checkout online, and may need to request a custom quote.
  5. Fun Rents LLC undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Fun Rents LLC cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Fun Rents LLC must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law and the local jurisdiction within our operating states.
