Terms & Conditions

Any incidentals (lost/broken equipment, etc) will be billed for after the event, if applicable, and certain fees will be invoiced separately from initial reservation payment (delivery fees, challenging setup fees, extra hours (if not specified in system), event attendant (if not specified in system), etc.).

Fun Rents LLC and its affiliates (Turf Activity LLC dba Fun Rents, etc.) are not liable for any damages to persons or property that result from expected setup of miniature golf and related activities, nor for any damages to persons or property that result from event attendee behavior involving the use of miniature golf and related activities. That said, event are covered by our event rental insurance (COI available).

Events are only reserved once payment is complete. Full refunds are only issued if 1) requested within a week of booking and 2) requested more than 2 weeks before the event. If either conditions are not met, then a 50% refund is possible in most cases, but is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Turf Activity LLC management.

We reserve the right to (and in most cases will) issue a follow-up invoice for additional fees in the case of events located more than 100 miles from one of our hubs that are more than a 3 hour duration and were booked with an online reservation through any Fun Rents affiliated website - for this reason, we recommend submitting a request for a quote instead, which will accommodate any related fees.
