TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By booking any event with Fun Rents LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Liability Waiver. Please review both before booking.

  1. Any incidentals (lost/broken equipment, etc) will be billed for after the event, if applicable, and certain fees will be invoiced separately from initial reservation payment (delivery fees, challenging setup fees, extra hours (if not specified in system), event attendant (if not specified in system), etc.).
  2. Liability for personal injury, property damage, and equipment use is governed by the Fun Rents LLC Liability Waiver, which is incorporated herein by reference. A COI is available upon request.
  3. Events are only confirmed and reserved once payment is complete. Full refunds are only issued if 1) requested within a week of booking and 2) requested more than 2 weeks before the event. If both conditions are not met, then a 50% refund is possible in most cases, but is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Fun Rents LLC management.
  4. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to accommodate your event by setting up in a suitable indoor location. If an indoor setup is not available or feasible, the standard refund policy will apply.
  5. Events outside of our stated local operational bases may incur additional charges if booked online. Specifically, if your event is more than 100 miles from one of our hubs and is more than a 3 hour duration, your event will likely be subject to a follow-up invoice for additional fees if reservation is made online. If your event is located further than 200 miles from one of our hubs, you may not be able to checkout online, and may need to request a custom quote. Multi-day or 5+ hour out-of-town events may be subject to delivery fees in excess of the posted rates.
  6. Fun Rents LLC undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Fun Rents LLC is not responsible for claims, disputes, or damages arising between the Client and their event guests or third parties.
  7. Fun Rents LLC requests that any claim for damages or loss be submitted in writing to support@funrents.com as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 30 days following the event date. Timely notice allows Fun Rents LLC to investigate and address claims appropriately.
  8. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law and the local jurisdiction within our operating states.
