If your event is located further than 200 miles from one of our hubs, you'll need to submit a request for a quote rather than making a reservation online.
If your event is more than 100 miles from one of our hubs and is more than a 3 hour duration, we also recommend submitting a request for a quote - otherwise, we reserve the right to and will likely issue a follow-up invoice for additional fees if reservation is made online.
Refund eligibility and amount depends on cancellation's distance from both date of booking and event date.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees for manually quoted reservations are waived if within 15 miles of our two base zip codes (92107 in San Diego or 46220 in Indianapolis), and otherwise cost roughly $2 per mile that your event is away from those zip codes (minus the 15 mile free delivery zone). If research indicates your venue requires parking fees, an estimate of those will be added above and beyond the above referenced rates.

For orders placed on the website, your fee will be based on your zip code, in most cases will fall into one of the below buckets, which is a close replica of the above-referenced rates. As referenced above, your convenience fee is included in the delivery fees for online reservations.

Events outside of San Diego and Indianapolis may incur additional delivery fees if multiple out-of-town trips are required.

Waive The Convenience Fee!

Our convenience fee (maximum of $100) is applied to reservations that are less than an activity subtotal of $175, get smaller the closer you get to that point, and get waived once you pass it!

The convenience fee is built into our delivery fees, so discounts will show on your 'Setup & Delivery' fees at checkout (combined with package discounts), and are automatically calculated/applied (accounting for tax implications, so may differ slightly from the totals shown here). All build-your-own package discounts require a minimum activity subtotal of $500+ and 3+ units rented, and are available with online orders only (not manually created quotes).

Booking & Logistics

How far in advance should I book?

We always recommend booking as early as possible, so that you can lock-in your desired activities and have plenty of time to accommodate any changes as the event gets closer. Most customers book 1-3 months in advance, because popular event dates book fast! Give us a call or book online to reserve your date!

Can I book online or do I need to call?

Most reservations can be made instantly online by booking directly (select your location or request a quote). If your event is more than 100 miles from one of our hubs or requires a custom quote, we recommend you reach out and we'll handle it personally. Or if you just want to talk, we do too! Can I modify or cancel my reservation after booking?

Yes, modifications are welcome. See our terms and conditions for cancellation details and any applicable fees.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?

We completely handle delivery and setup. For most events delivery fees are straightforward — see the section above for the full breakdown.

Is delivery always free?

Delivery is free within 15 miles of our San Diego and Indianapolis hubs. Beyond that, fees apply based on distance — see the section above for the full breakdown.

Do you deliver to outdoor venues, parks, and hotels?

Absolutely. Our equipment is designed for both indoor and outdoor events at any venue type. It's been designed to be as space-conscious as possible, and we're yet to see a space or venue that we can't fill with fun. That said... 1) permits and other regulatory requirements are your responsibility, but we're happy to help! 2) Some electronic activities (arcades games, golf simulator) work best with low lighting and sunlight can create challenges.
